Dumpster Rental and Junk Removal in Framingham & MetroWest, MA
10, 15 & 20 yard roll-off dumpsters with fast delivery and optional
loading help when you need an extra set of hands.
At DUMPT Dumpster Rentals, our open-top dumpsters can be used for many common cleanup projects, including household junk, renovation debris, roofing materials, yard cleanup, and other approved solid waste.
Our dumpsters are not watertight and cannot be used for liquids, hazardous materials, or anything listed as prohibited below. If you are unsure about an item, call or text us at (781) 800-0617 before putting it in the dumpster.
Many of our dumpsters have a rear door that lets you walk materials into the container. This makes loading easier and helps you use the available space.
Please close and secure the door when you are finished loading. Spread the weight evenly and keep everything below the top edge or marked fill line. Nothing may stick out above the dumpster or hang over its sides.
Do not move the dumpster, burn anything inside it, or leave items beside it for our driver. Items outside the dumpster will not be removed unless we agree to collect them in advance.
We work to keep our dumpsters clean, presentable, and ready for use. Normal marks, scratches, and signs of use may be visible because these are working containers.
Delivery and pickup times are estimates. Traffic, weather, disposal-facility delays, site conditions, and equipment availability may affect the schedule.
When your dumpster is ready for pickup, contact DUMPT and make sure the driver has a clear path to it. Vehicles, locked gates, snow, construction materials, or other obstructions may prevent pickup.
If we cannot safely deliver or remove the dumpster, we may need to reschedule. A return-trip or waiting charge may apply if that charge was included in your quote or order confirmation.
Massachusetts does not allow certain materials to be thrown away with ordinary mixed trash. These materials may need to be recycled or handled separately.
Items that require advance approval include:
- Mattresses and box springs
- Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, and other large appliances
- Televisions and computer monitors
- Whole tires
- Propane tanks and other pressurized cylinders
- Textiles
- Metal
- Leaves and yard waste
- Clean gypsum wallboard
- Asphalt pavement, brick, and concrete
Some of these items may be accepted through a separate service for an additional charge. Tell us about every special item before delivery or pickup. Availability and pricing depend on the item and the facility that can accept it.
Massachusetts residents can also contact their local public works or recycling department for disposal and recycling options.
See the current [Massachusetts waste-disposal rules](https://www.mass.gov/guides/massdep-waste-disposal-bans).
The following materials are not allowed in a standard DUMPT dumpster:
- Asbestos or materials that may contain asbestos
- Hazardous, toxic, radioactive, infectious, or contaminated waste
- Gasoline, fuel, motor oil, chemicals, solvents, or pesticides
- Wet paint, liquid coatings, or other liquids
- Flammable, explosive, or corrosive materials
- Lead-acid batteries or other hazardous batteries
- Fluorescent bulbs or other mercury-containing products
- Medical waste, ammunition, or explosives
- Railroad ties or other chemically treated materials unless approved in writing
- Propane tanks, compressed-gas cylinders, or pressurized containers unless approved in writing
- Any material prohibited by law, the disposal facility, or DUMPT
This is not a complete list. Please ask us before loading anything unusual.
Do not mix asphalt, brick, concrete, dirt, soil, or stone with ordinary trash unless DUMPT approves it in writing.
These materials are extremely heavy, and Massachusetts requires some of them to be recycled or handled separately. Call us before ordering so we can provide the correct container, fill limit, and disposal or recycling plan.
Materials must stay below the top edge or marked fill line. An overfilled dumpster is unsafe to transport.
If the dumpster is overfilled, overweight, or contains prohibited materials, we may refuse pickup until the problem is corrected. The customer may be responsible for additional transportation, sorting, recycling, disposal, or return-trip costs. Any applicable rates will be listed in the quote or order confirmation.
A firm, reasonably level area such as a suitable driveway, paved area, or compacted gravel surface is usually best.
Before delivery, tell us about:
- Soft ground or weak pavement
- Septic systems or underground utilities
- Sprinklers or irrigation lines
- Low branches or overhead wires
- Gates, narrow driveways, or steep slopes
- Any area the truck or dumpster must avoid
The customer chooses and approves the placement location and is responsible for obtaining any permit required for placement on a street or other public property.
We will use reasonable care and may place protective boards under the container when appropriate. Heavy trucks and dumpsters can still mark, crack, or settle into driveways, pavement, lawns, and other surfaces, especially if the surface is soft, uneven, or unable to support the weight.
Your quote or order confirmation will show the dumpster size, rental period, included weight, accepted materials, price, and any additional charges.
Submitting a quote form does not reserve a dumpster. Your reservation is confirmed only after DUMPT approves the order and confirms the details with you.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to:
- Extend the rental
- Change the delivery or pickup date
- Exchange the dumpster
- Change the placement location
- Add special materials
- Cancel or reschedule the order
Extensions, changes, cancellations, unsuccessful trips, excess weight, and special materials may result in an additional charge when stated in your quote or order confirmation.
The customer is responsible for the dumpster and everything placed inside it from delivery until pickup. Please prevent neighbors, contractors, or other people from adding unapproved materials.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the materials, job site, and access conditions. DUMPT may refuse or delay service when a load or location is unsafe, unlawful, or not accepted by the receiving facility.
Call or text DUMPT Dumpster Rentals at (781) 800-0617 before loading anything you are unsure about. We will explain whether it is accepted and whether special handling or an additional charge is required.
