Local dumpster rentals for cleanouts, renovations, construction projects and more.
Choose the size that fits your project, schedule delivery and let DUMPT handle pickup and disposal.
When you need a dumpster for a home cleanout, renovation, remodeling project, move, rental turnover or construction job, DUMPT makes the process simple. We are a local, family-operated Framingham company serving homeowners, landlords, Realtors, contractors and businesses throughout Framingham and the surrounding MetroWest area.
Instead of making repeated trips with a pickup truck or trying to fit renovation debris into regular trash service, you can have a roll-off dumpster delivered directly to your property, load it at your own pace and have us pick it up when you are finished.
Our goal is straightforward: help you choose the right container, place it carefully, explain the rental terms before delivery and keep the process easy from booking through pickup.
Different projects create very different amounts of debris. Choosing the right dumpster size helps you avoid paying for more space than you need while also reducing the chance that you run out of room halfway through the project.
A 10-yard dumpster is a good fit for smaller cleanouts and lighter renovation projects. Think single-room cleanouts, small bathroom remodels, flooring removal, decluttering, small landlord turnovers and similar jobs where you need more capacity than regular curbside trash but do not need a large container.
Our 10-yard rental includes 1 ton of disposal weight.
The 15-yard dumpster gives you more room while still fitting comfortably on many residential properties. It works well for garage and basement cleanouts, medium-sized renovations, moving cleanouts, flooring and cabinetry projects, and moderate amounts of household or construction debris.
Our 15-yard rental includes 1.5 tons of disposal weight.
For larger household cleanouts, remodeling projects, estate cleanouts, contractor work and jobs that produce a higher volume of debris, the 20-yard dumpster offers the most capacity in our standard lineup.
Our 20-yard rental includes 2 tons of disposal weight.
Not sure which size you need? Tell us what you are working on before you book. We would rather help you choose the right size than have you order a container that is too small or larger than necessary.
Dumpster rentals are useful whenever a project produces more debris than your normal trash service can reasonably handle. Homeowners often use them for garage, basement and attic cleanouts, moving and downsizing, kitchen or bathroom renovations, flooring removal, deck projects and larger decluttering jobs.
Landlords and property managers can use a dumpster during apartment turnovers or property cleanouts. Realtors and estate professionals may need one when a property has accumulated years of unwanted contents. Contractors can use roll-off dumpsters to keep job sites organized while remodeling or demolition work is underway.
If your project will take several days and you are comfortable doing the loading yourself, a dumpster is usually the better fit. If you want a crew to come in, carry the items out and load everything for you, our full-service junk removal may make more sense.
Choose the dumpster size that best matches your project. If you’re unsure, call or text us and describe what you’re removing.
Select an available delivery date and tell us where you would like the dumpster placed. Before delivery, make sure the placement area is accessible and that there is enough room for our truck and hooklift system to safely deliver the container.
Load the dumpster during your rental period, keeping all material below the top edge of the container. Do not add prohibited or unapproved materials.
When you’re finished, we return, load the dumpster onto the truck and transport the contents for proper processing or disposal.
Our standard dumpster rental period is five calendar days. If you need additional time, extensions are available for $25 per additional day, subject to availability.
Each dumpster includes a weight allowance: 1 ton for the 10-yard container, 1.5 tons for the 15-yard container and 2 tons for the 20-yard container. Weight above the included allowance is billed at $300.00 per 1 ton prorated.
The size of a dumpster describes its volume, not how much weight the truck can legally carry. Dense materials can reach the weight limit long before the container looks full.
If your project involves especially heavy material, contact us before ordering so we can make sure the correct container and disposal plan are used.
Our dumpsters can be used for many common cleanout and remodeling materials, including approved household junk, furniture, non-hazardous debris and many types of renovation waste. What can be accepted depends on the material and how it must be processed under Massachusetts disposal rules.
Hazardous materials, chemicals, wet paint, fuels, oils and similar products should never be placed in a standard dumpster.
Massachusetts also has disposal bans covering materials including mattresses, textiles, CRT televisions and monitors, tires, large appliances, recyclable paper and cardboard, and several construction materials. These materials may require recycling or another approved disposal method instead of being included in a normal mixed-trash load.
If you have an item you’re unsure about, contact us before putting it in the dumpster. A quick question beforehand can prevent a rejected load, contamination charges or additional disposal fees.
VIEW ACCEPTED AND RESTRICTED MATERIALS
Heavy materials need to be handled differently from ordinary household or renovation debris.
Concrete, brick, asphalt, dirt, stone and similar dense materials should not be mixed into a regular dumpster rental.
If your project includes heavy debris, call us before booking. We can determine whether a dedicated heavy-material container is appropriate and explain the loading requirements.
Keeping these materials separate protects the equipment, helps keep the load within legal transportation limits and ensures the material goes to the appropriate processing facility.
Massachusetts specifically regulates several construction and demolition materials, including asphalt pavement, brick and concrete, through its waste-ban rules.
PROTECTING YOUR PROPERTY
Before delivery, choose a reasonably level location with enough room for both the dumpster and the hooklift truck.
Low branches, overhead wires, narrow driveways, parked vehicles, gates and tight turns can affect placement, so let us know about anything unusual before delivery.
Where appropriate, we can place wood beneath the container contact points to help reduce direct contact with the driveway.
Driveway protection helps, but no placement method can guarantee that every surface will remain completely mark-free, particularly with new asphalt, soft ground or pavement that is already damaged.
Most residential dumpsters are placed on private property. If you plan to place the dumpster in a street, sidewalk area or another portion of the public right-of-way, permit requirements may apply.
Framingham homeowners have municipal disposal options for smaller amounts of waste, but those services aren’t designed for every project.
The City’s Recycling Drop-Off Center accepts many recyclable and bulky materials, but Framingham specifically states that its facility does not accept construction and demolition waste, including materials such as lumber, tile, concrete and windows.
That makes a roll-off dumpster particularly useful for renovations, larger property cleanouts and projects that generate debris over several days.
Framingham also offers scheduled bulky-item disposal for certain individual items. That can make sense if you only have one qualifying item to dispose of. For an entire garage, renovation, estate cleanout or ongoing project, having a dumpster at the property is often considerably more practical.
If your dumpster will occupy Framingham’s public right-of-way, plan ahead. The City specifically lists temporary dumpsters related to construction among activities requiring a street/sidewalk obstruction permit. The City’s current published fee is $50 and it lists a typical processing time of three to five business days.
Choose a dumpster rental when you want to work at your own pace, your project will generate debris over several days, or you have people available to handle the loading.
Choose full-service junk removal when you want the work done for you. Our crew can remove approved items from the property, load them and haul them away.
Because DUMPT offers both services, you don’t have to guess which option is better. Tell us about your project and we can help you decide which approach makes the most sense.

A container placed entirely on private property generally avoids the City’s public-way obstruction process. If the dumpster will occupy a street, sidewalk or another part of the public right-of-way, check with Framingham DPW before delivery. The City specifically regulates temporary dumpsters occupying public ways.
In many cases, yes. We need a reasonably level and accessible placement area with enough room for the truck to deliver and retrieve the dumpster. Tell us about narrow access, steep grades, low wires or other concerns before delivery.
Not in a standard mixed-debris rental. Concrete, brick, asphalt, dirt, stone and similar heavy materials require special handling. Call us before ordering so we can determine the correct setup.
No. Material must stay at or below the container’s fill line or top edge so the load can be transported safely. An overfilled container may need to be unloaded before pickup and can result in additional charges.
