Our standard rental includes five calendar days. Additional days are $25 per day, subject to availability.

Our 10-yard dumpster includes 1 ton, the 15-yard includes 1.5 tons, and the 20-yard includes 2 tons. Additional weight is billed at $300.00 per 1 ton prorated.

A container placed entirely on private property generally avoids the City’s public-way obstruction process. If the dumpster will occupy a street, sidewalk or another part of the public right-of-way, check with Framingham DPW before delivery. The City specifically regulates temporary dumpsters occupying public ways.

In many cases, yes. We need a reasonably level and accessible placement area with enough room for the truck to deliver and retrieve the dumpster. Tell us about narrow access, steep grades, low wires or other concerns before delivery.

Not in a standard mixed-debris rental. Concrete, brick, asphalt, dirt, stone and similar heavy materials require special handling. Call us before ordering so we can determine the correct setup.

No. Material must stay at or below the container’s fill line or top edge so the load can be transported safely. An overfilled container may need to be unloaded before pickup and can result in additional charges.
