Fast, straightforward junk removal for homes, rentals, renovations and cleanouts. We handle the lifting, loading and hauling so you don’t have to.

When you have unwanted furniture, household clutter, renovation debris or an entire property that needs to be cleared out, DUMPT makes the process simple. Our full-service junk removal team handles the lifting, loading, hauling and disposal so you don’t have to figure out how to move everything yourself.
We help homeowners, landlords, Realtors, contractors and local businesses throughout Framingham and the surrounding MetroWest area with projects ranging from a few bulky items to complete property cleanouts.
Instead of renting a truck, finding help to lift heavy furniture and making multiple disposal trips, you can point to what needs to go and let our team handle it.
Whether you’re cleaning out a garage, preparing a home for sale, dealing with items left behind by a tenant or finally getting rid of years of accumulated clutter, we can help get the space cleared quickly and responsibly.
Every cleanout looks a little different. Some customers need one couch removed. Others need an entire garage, basement or property cleared.
DUMPT can help remove a wide range of non-hazardous household, residential and construction-related junk, including:
Furniture and couches
Tables, chairs and shelving
Mattresses and box springs
Household clutter
Garage and basement contents
Moving and downsizing debris
Yard and outdoor items
Renovation and remodeling debris
Cabinets, flooring and fixtures
Wood and miscellaneous construction materials
Tenant move-out debris
Office furniture and commercial junk
Estate and property cleanout contents
Certain materials require special handling or may have additional disposal costs. Massachusetts also regulates the disposal of some items and materials, so if you have appliances, electronics, mattresses, tires, heavy debris or anything unusual, contact us first.
We’ll tell you whether we can take it, whether special pricing applies, or whether a different disposal option makes more sense.
Cleaning out a home after a move, transition or estate situation can involve furniture, boxes, household items and years of accumulated belongings. We can remove the items you no longer need and help get the property cleared for its next step.
If the project is large enough, we can also help determine whether full-service junk removal or placing a dumpster at the property would be the more practical option.
Garages have a way of slowly becoming storage spaces. Old furniture, broken equipment, cardboard, renovation leftovers and items you planned to deal with “later” can quickly take over the room.
Our team can remove unwanted items so you can reclaim the garage for parking, storage, a workshop or whatever you actually want to use it for.
Basements and attics are often the hardest spaces to clean because everything has to be carried through the home before it can be removed.
With full-service junk removal, you don’t have to drag everything outside first. Show us what needs to go and our crew can handle the lifting and carrying.
If a tenant leaves furniture, household items or other debris behind, getting the property ready for the next renter becomes much harder.
DUMPT works with landlords and property managers to clear unwanted contents so the property can move on to cleaning, repairs and the next occupancy.
Preparing to sell or move is often when people realize how much they’ve accumulated.
We can remove unwanted furniture and clutter before listing photos, showings, renovations or moving day so you’re not paying to move things you don’t actually want.
Don't worry, we can help!
DUMPT works with both residential and professional customers throughout the Framingham area.
For homeowners, we can help with decluttering, renovations, moving, downsizing, garage cleanouts and removing bulky furniture or household junk.
For landlords and property managers, we can help clear units after tenant move-outs, abandoned belongings and property turnovers.
For Realtors, we can help prepare properties before listing, remove unwanted contents from estate properties and handle last-minute cleanouts before photos, showings or closing.
For contractors, we can remove renovation and construction debris when you don’t want waste piling up at a job site.
And for local businesses, we can assist with office furniture, storage-area cleanouts and other non-hazardous commercial junk.
For larger projects or projects that will generate debris over several days, a dumpster rental may be more economical than full-service removal. Because DUMPT offers both services, we can help you choose the option that makes the most sense for the job.
One of the biggest advantages of working with DUMPT is that you don’t have to decide between a junk removal company and a dumpster rental company. We offer both.
Choose full-service junk removal when you want the fastest, easiest option. Our crew comes to the property, loads the unwanted items and hauls them away. This is usually the better choice for furniture removal, household cleanouts, move-outs, smaller renovation projects and situations where you don’t want to do the lifting yourself.
Choose a dumpster rental when you want more time to work through the project. A dumpster is usually a better fit for renovations, roofing and construction projects, large decluttering projects, moving cleanouts and jobs where debris will be generated over several days.
Not sure which one will cost less?
Send us a few photos or describe the project. We can help you compare the options before you book.
1. Tell Us What Needs to Go:
Send us photos, call or text us and tell us what you need removed. Photos are especially helpful because they allow us to get a better idea of the amount of junk, the type of material and the work involved.
2. Get an Estimate:
We’ll review the project and explain the expected cost. Pricing can vary depending on volume, material type, labor, access and disposal costs.
3. Pick a Time:
Choose an available time that works for your schedule. Same-day or short-notice service may be available depending on our schedule.
4. We Do the Heavy Lifting
Our crew removes the items, loads them and hauls everything away so you can get your space back.
PRICING
Junk removal pricing depends on the job rather than one fixed price.
A small furniture pickup is very different from clearing an entire basement, and a pile of lightweight household items is different from heavy renovation debris.
The biggest factors that affect pricing are the amount of material being removed, the type and weight of the material, how much labor is required, where the items are located and the disposal costs associated with the load.
Stairs, difficult access and unusually heavy items can also affect the cost.
The easiest way to get started is to send us a few photos of what you need removed. We can usually get a much better understanding of the project from photos than from a long description.
For very large cleanouts, we may also recommend comparing full-service junk removal with one of our dumpster rentals. If loading the material yourself makes sense, a dumpster can sometimes be the more economical option.

DUMPT is a local, family-operated Framingham business providing both full-service junk removal and dumpster rentals. That means we can recommend the service that actually fits your project instead of forcing every customer into the same solution.
Our goal is simple: communicate clearly, show up ready to work, respect your property and get the unwanted stuff out of your way.
For homeowners, that might mean removing one bulky couch you can’t move yourself. For a Realtor, it might mean clearing a house before it goes on the market. For a landlord, it might be a full apartment turnover. For a contractor, it might mean getting renovation debris off the job site.
Whatever the situation, you’ll be working with a local company that understands the area and the work.
